They worked within my predetermined budget and were able to incorporate their ideas with some of my furniture preferences to bring the whole condo together while keeping me involved throughout the process. They handled every detail of design/purchase/decorating to offer me a turnkey approach that I found unique and required minimal effort on my part which I greatly appreciated. They worked within my time frame and met all of the leasing management company’s requirements for inventory items down to the pots and pans. The feedbacks from my guests were all positive regarding my unit. My goal was to have a more marketable rental property that would separate itself from other units in my building and maximize my occupancy while wanting all of my guests to enjoy it enough to want to come back.
